22 Years of Misses Clean: Cleaning Up and Giving Back in Niagara

22 Years of Misses Clean: Cleaning Up and Giving Back in Niagara

Hey there, Niagara neighbours! It’s Rachel Epp, the proud owner of Miss’es Clean, and I’m here to spill the beans (and maybe a little bit of cleaning solution) on what it’s been like to be a part of this amazing community for 22 fantastic years.

You know, they say that owning a business is a bit like riding a roller coaster. There are exhilarating highs and terrifying lows, but boy, what a ride it’s been especially the last 5 years!

From a Humble Start…

When I first embarked on this journey at 18 years old, armed with little more than a bucket, a mop, and a dream, I had no idea where Miss’es Clean would take me. I was just a local gal with a passion for cleaning, a desire to provide a top-notch service, and a strong belief in the power of community.

To Building a Local Legacy…

Fast forward to today, and we’re celebrating 22 years of clean living and serving our wonderful customers here in Niagara. It’s incredible how time flies when you’re elbow-deep in soap suds! But seriously, the journey has been nothing short of amazing.

One of the things that has made this journey so incredible is the fantastic community we call home. Niagara, you’re truly one of a kind. The support, love, and camaraderie we’ve experienced here are what dreams are made of.

The Importance of Community

Being a part of the Niagara business community has taught me a lot about the importance of supporting local charities. It’s not just about running a business; it’s about giving back to the place that has given us so much.

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of supporting various organizations who provide support to those in need. It’s a cause close to our hearts, and it reminds us that we’re not just cleaning houses; we’re helping to create a better community.

The Challenges of Building a Business

Now, I won’t sugarcoat it; building a business from the ground up comes with its fair share of challenges. There have been sleepless nights, tough decisions, and moments when I questioned if I was in way over my head. But in those moments, the Niagara community rallied around me, providing support, advice, and encouragement.

That’s the beauty of being a part of a community like this. We’re not just competitors; we’re collaborators. We lift each other up, share our successes and failures, and together, we make Niagara a better place.

The Niagara Advantage

Speaking of support, let’s talk about our incredible customers. You, yes you, are the heartbeat of Miss’es Clean. Your trust in us, your loyalty, and your unwavering support have been the driving force behind our success.

Niagara is unique in its appreciation for local businesses. It’s a place where you walk into a store, and the owner knows your name. It’s where we prioritize relationships over transactions. It’s where we celebrate each other’s successes.

A Thankful Heart

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude. I’m grateful for each and every one of you, our customers, for allowing us into your homes and lives. I’m thankful for the opportunity to serve you and make your homes a cleaner, happier place.

I’m also thankful for the incredible team at Miss’es Clean. Their dedication, hard work, and commitment to our mission have been the driving force behind our success. They’re not just employees; they’re family.
